7ID Schedule for Run 2 of FY2006

See this link for APS Operational data and schedules.
Here is the link for the FY2006 schedule of the APS.

Note that from Apr. 12 to Apr. 18, the APS runs in hybrid mode with a large
current singlet. One long period of 324 bunch mode runs is scheduled, Mar. 1-13.
One week of 1296 bunch mode is also planned from Apr. 19 to 24.

Sector 7 schedule for the winter run of 2006
(FY06-run2 also called 2006-1 by APS)

Here is the link for the FY2006 schedule of the APS.
The (STAFF) flag indicates beamline staff time. The (PUP) label indicates beam
awarded to Linda Young's PUP-37 and each APS GUP proposal is labelled with its
proper number. A list of all current APS Partner User Proposals is available here. The (COMM) label
is reserved for commissioning and alignment.

Operational notes

N.B. We expect the first few days of the run to be very busy. We have to
cooldown the 7ID-A monochromator, and test changes made to the cooling system.
See /Sectors/Sector7/Operations/FY06/run2/ for details.

The beamline started to operate today at 11h24am on 1/31/06. The start was
delayed due to the fact that several beamlines were ahead of 7ID for their
type-C surveys. The mono was also misaligned. So it wasn't until 2pm that we
had beam in the C hutch.

On 2/24/06, the beamline was down from 15h52 to 21h06 thus for 5h14min
due to a monochromator vacuum trip assigned to the UHV ferrofluidic rotary
seal. The problem occured first on 2/15 when two shorter trips interrupted
the beamline from 10h52 to 12h02 resulting in 53 minutes of lost beam.
