Transferring data

There are several ways to transfer data from the XOR computer systems.

  • Copies of all data files are uploaded to the XOR ftp server every 15 minutes. Deatailed instructions on how to download the files can be found here.
  • You can copy your files directly to a USB stick by plugging it directly to one of the beamline workstations.
  • You can copy your files to a writable CD using the PC computer located by the 4-ID-D workarea.
