- Based on MTS 858 frame, with customized base.
- Maximum applied load = +- 15kN
- Servo-hydraulic loading
- Can be operated in load, displacement or strain control
- Load is measured with a load cell, mounted above the sample
- Strain can be measured independently using either a strain gage or a clip-on extensometer
- Device is mounted on x-y-z stages, along with single rotation and seperate x-stage beneath
- Can be operated with the sector 1 IR furnace for thermo-mechanical testing
