• We have a number of 4-circle Huber goniometers.

• APS detector pool has a number of additional detectors

Furnaces

• Powder diffraction furnace
• Infrared furnace
• Plate furnace

Mechanical Testing Equipment

The following mechanical testing devices can be used for in-situ deformation studies at sector 1:

• Small tensile device
• Large tensile device
• Compression device
• MTS servohydraulic fatigue device

Miscellaneous Equipment

• Sector1 has two laboratories (wet and dry labs) that can be reserved for sample/instrumental preparation. Contact Ali Mashayekhi for more information or to make a reservation.
