Data Analysis

Some of the programs used at Sector1 to analyse 1-d and/or 2-d data sets are described:

• Fit2d, for viewing and analysing 2-dimensional data
• Igor, for analysis of small-angle scattering data
• Matlab, for strain/texture analysis and image analysis.
• GSAS, for structural refinement of diffraction data.
