APS TECHNICAL UPDATE - No. 4
Subject: The addresses of pentagons in the LOMs
The addresses of LOM pentagons are being changed from those used in construction drawings to an Argonne consistent numbering scheme. Drawings produced before August 1, 1994, including the January 1994, A Guide to the APS Lab/Office Modules, use the construction drawing scheme.
The LOM pentagons will be addressed by the LOM number, 431 438, followed by the letter A-E. Rooms within the LOM will be addressed by the building number, pentagon letter, and room number (room numbers will be assigned at a later date)

The central pentagon, which contains the common areas and the LOM entry, will have the sub-address C (431-C, 432-C, etc.). The sector's pentagons will have the following addresses:
| Sector 1 - 431-A | Sector 9 - 433-A | Sector 17 - 435-A |
| Sector 2 - 431-B | Sector 10 - 433-B | Sector 18 - 435-B |
| Sector 3 - 431-D | Sector 11 - 433-D | Sector 19 - 435-D |
| Sector 4 - 431-E | Sector 12 - 433-E | Sector 20 - 435-E |
