Operations, Mark Beno

Beno reported that there had been a few downtimes during the past week.  3 ID was down for 57 minutes due to a PSS fault.  There was also 42 minutes lost when the current went below 100M.  Beno also mentioned that 6 ID had experienced a problem during the previous week that resulted in 321 minutes of downtime.  The Percentage of Scheduled Beamtime was 98.73% and the Meantime Between Faults was 69.74 hours.

Safety, Edmund Chang

Chang announced that ESH 114PR (lock out tag out practical) is expiring for many users in April.  Contact him and he will come out to renew the training.

Cell Phone Policy,Mark Beno

Beno mentioned that the new cell phone policy had gone into effect.  Cell phone usage is not permitted while driving on Argonne property.  This includes hands free devices.
