Operations Update, Mark Beno
The one beam loss in the first week of the run was the result of a power supply problem.
There were also two cases in which top-up operations was aborted for a short period due to a RF problem.
Stats:
- 99.5% - Beamtime
- 147.27 Meantime Between Faults
The 2008-2 (June-August) run schedule is now final and can be found in the on-line documentation at the APS web site.
Safety, Paul Rossi
In preparation for the ISM verification scheduled for this summer, there will be a meeting on February 7th at 10:00 a.m. in the Bldg. 402 auditorium. All safety personnel, division directors, group leaders, and supervisors are expected to attend.
Safety inspections this month are scheduled for Sectors 2 and 3.
SWAA (Satellite Waste Accumulation Area) announcements are still being serviced.
ESAF, Bruce Glagola
The check box located on the ESA form has been removed.
