P8 pressure switch inhibited shutter from operating properly. RMD #04742 filed. ASD-SI personnel notified. |
Troubleshooting determined faulty Chain B pressure switch. Switch cycled and began functioning normally. BP agreed to have the sensor checked during studies. Beamline restored to proper operations. ASD-VAC filed WR #19232 on 11/8 to replace P8 PSS chain A and B pressure switches. |
