Sextapole power supply problem over the weekend highlighted that there exist certain machine operational situations that might require a decision to dump and refill.

AOD will ask at TWG to identify certain classes of experiments nominal tolerances on operating envelope parameters. These parameters could include coupling, lifetime, stability, etc.
