7ID has lost communications to some motor drives due to network problems. It was necessary to reboot the IOC 7 IDA crate. This caused a loss of their position and the need to recalibrate the motors. |

PSS Serious Faults: NO SWITCH, OPEN COMMAND FAIL on P4D shutter located in 4-ID-B. Three attempts at resetting and actuating the P4D shutter failed. PSS and Vacuum groups were called to troubleshoot and repair. |
ASD-VAC repaired problematic cylinder. ASD-VAC reinstalled repaired cylinder, ASD-ME restored water flow to shutter, ASD-SI restored limit switches and validated shutter. Beamline restored to proper operations following approval by APS system mangers. |

ASD-ME replaced filter within water line for the White Beam Slits located in 34-ID-A. Beamline restored to proper operations following requested repairs. |
