MCR User Message Upgrade - G. Banks: Ops made an addition to the User Message Screen. This addition of an indicator would notify the users as to when the message screen would next be updated on issues such as when beam would be restored on mid-long downtimes.
Also added were more lines of text in the message screen to allow for better descriptions of problem information, fill loss reason, and information on the next fill. To ensure that the MCR updates the message screen, Ops developed an alarm handler that will remind operators to update the screen at the indicated update times promised to the Users.
BLEPS Alarms to Users - B. Wesolowski: Similar to the CAT page notification for power outages, pager notification (of BLEPS faults prohibiting PS2 to open) to CAT personnel will soon be offered. Mohan has agreed to write the script and the Floor Coordinators will be contacting CATs to determine if and who from the CATs are to be notified. Hopefully, this will be accomplished within two weeks.
