Thomas Gog asked when the procedure would be in place to allow access to the old orbit numbers to which the beam reverts when there is a problem.
Glenn Decker said our hope is to have it up for next run.

Run 2003-3 Operations Schedule: A viewgraph of the current FY 2003 Long Range Operations schedule was projected by Roger.
A proposed FY2004-1 Long Range Operations Schedule was also projected for comment. Users felt some adjustment around the November and December holidays should be made. Roger will check with the Control Room to try and incorporate into a final schedule for upload to the AOD web page within the week.
Safety: Edmund Chang sent email concerning toxic release inventory of lead and lead compounds to which he requests a reply by Friday, April 18, 2003. Send your email to Edmund at: change@aps.anl.gov.
Thanks to the CAT personnel for their good effort in cleaning up around the hall. J. M. Gibson will be looking at space in 369 for storage of items seldom used.
Safety inspection write-ups are almost complete.
ESAF: Bruce Glagola announced a meeting would take place Tuesday afternoon in building 401 conference room B4100 to discuss the ESAF process. All are welcome to attend.
