Beamline 26-ID-C: Hard X-ray Nanoprobe

Description

The Nanoprobe beamline program is devoted to hard x-ray microscopy with a spatial resolution of 30-50 nm and special emphasis on nanoscience. Supported techniques include x-ray nanodiffraction, nano-fluorescence and transmission imaging (nanotomography).
