Beamline 20-ID-B,C: X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy & LERIX Beamline

Description

A spectroscopy-based beamline with multiple stations: x-ray Raman (LERIX) spectrometer, x-ray microprobe with beams down to 1 micron and high resolution confocal capability, and high resolution X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy based on miniXS style spectrometers.
