Beamline 11-ID-B: Dedicated PDF Beamline

Description

11-ID-B is a dedicated pair-distribution-function (PDF) beamline operating at fixed energies of 58 and 90 keV. Variable temperature measurements are supported (including low- and high-temperature 80K to 1200K).

  • Perkin Elmer amorphous silicon detector

  • 4-circle Diffractometer
