Biography


Crystal optics fabrication and R&D as part of the Optics Group.

R&D Process Development Engineer, Engis Corporation

Developed surface preparation processes on single crystal semiconductor materials, including sapphire, SiC, silicon, germanium GaN. with focus on surface finish, subsurface damage, and flatness.
