• BLEPS:  Fault location and identification as capable
• When appropriate, refer users (especially independent investigators) to beamline staff for assistance.
• Insertion Device System
• Determine ID Access Mode
• Interpret/Relay System Status Messages
• Notification to Systems Specialist
• File trouble reports using RMD system.
• Monitor work requests that describe work to be done on local beamlines (often a follow-up to filing a trouble report).
• Assist Building Management/Conventional Facilities Group/Main Control Room in monitoring the Liquid Nitrogen System and respond to instructions if needed.
