PSS/FEEPS Call-In Guidelines
Floor Coordinators should call the PSS/FEEPS staff on-call for any abnormal PSS or FEEPS issues. The on-call staff will make the determination as to whether a technician or additional staff support is needed. The ES group leader or deputy should be notified of any beamline or storage ring downtime expected to exceed (or that does exceed) 3 hours.
