General beam dynamics that is fundamental to beam physics, especially beam dynamics in storage rings, high-brightness electron guns, energy-recovery linac, and ionization cooling channels for muon beams. Beam measurement techniques, especially Model-Independent Analysis of beam dynamics. Accelerator lattice design, machine modeling, and code development. Classical radiation of high energy particles.
