How To Subscribe To A Mailing List

In the body of the message, include one or more of the following commands:

ADD listname

ADD address listname

Add yourself to the list listname. If the address is included, subscriber that address to the list, rather than the return address of the message.

DELETE listname

DELETE address listname

Delete yourself from the list listname. If the address is included, delete address from the list, rather that the return address of the message.

LIST

LIST address

List the mailing lists that you are subscribed to. If address is included, list the mailing lists address is subscribed to, rather than the return address of the message.

INDEX

Return a list of all the valid mailing lists.

HELP

Return a help message with more complete information on how to use the listserver software.
